DOES THE SPILL-FREE SPOUT CONTAIN HARMFUL SUBSTANCES? Our spout is made of 100% soft food graded silicone which is gentle to your child’s delicate gum. It is also carefully tested to meet our high standards of durability, safety and function. And of course, the spout is free from BPA, BPS, BPF and phthalates and other substances that can harm your child. IS THE SPOUT SPILL-FREE? Whether your child prefers to drink upright, on side or upside down, there will be no waste- our spout is guaranteed to be spill-free! WHICH BOTTLES DOES THE SPILL-FREE SPOUT FIT ON? It fits all our bottles except for the water bottle. DOES THE SPOUT NEEED TO BE STERILIZED? Before using the spout for the first time, it needs to be sterilized. We recommend putting the spill-free spout in a large pot of boiling water, then cover with a lid and let boil for at least 5 minutes. DOES THE SPILL-FREE SPOUT WITHSTAND DISHWASHER? The spout is dishwasher safe and withstands high temperature sterilization. If washing by hand, wash the spill-free spout thoroughly in fresh water and washing-up liquid. Then rinse in fresh running water to remove all foam and detergent. The spout should be cleaned after each use. Make sure it dries thoroughly. If any moist remains it can cause mould and fungus. HOW DO I STORE THE SPILL-FREE SPOUT? Store the spout in an enclosed place at room temperature. Do not leave the spill-free spout in direct sunlight for a long time as it can damage the product. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE THE SPOUT? Always check the spout and pull it in all directions before use. If you see any cracks or other damage it should be replaced. For safety reasons, the spout should be changed every two months.

Tableware: Our tableware is designed to withstand regular use and is dishwasher-safe for convenience. However, for best results, we recommend handwashing with a mild detergent and warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads that may damage the surface. Additionally, avoid exposing tableware to extreme temperatures to prevent warping.

Teethers: Our teethers are made from safe and durable materials, but regular cleaning is essential to keep them hygienic. Simply wash the teether with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly. You can also sterilize the teether by boiling it in water for a few minutes. Allow the teether to cool before giving it to your baby. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on the teether.
