Refund policy
Returns:
We understand that shopping online can be difficult when you cannot physically see or hold the product before purchasing. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for paying any return shipping costs. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unclaimed Packages:
If you change your mind, you must still collect your package from the pickup point and then make a return. If the package is not collected, it will automatically be registered as unclaimed, and we will charge a shipping and administration fee of:
Sweden: 200 SEK
Rest of the world: 30 EUR
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. We cannot issue refunds to an account other than the one used for the original payment.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at return@everydaybaby.com and send the item to:

Defective or Damaged Items:
Regarding complaints and defective products, Everyday Baby AB complies with Swedish consumer protection laws in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. For more information, please visit www.konsumentverket.se.
If an item is defective, you are entitled under Swedish law to request a refund. Please contact us at return@everydaybaby.com to notify us about the defective item.
Shipping:
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on where you live.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
Returns with Klarna Payments:
Once your return has been processed, you will receive an updated invoice from Klarna.
The refund will be processed by Klarna within 5-10 business days to the account you have selected.

Disputes:
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
