Shipping policy

We now ship all Swedish orders with PostNord - easily change which pickup point or parcel locker you want to collect your package from directly in the PostNord app!

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sweden.
All orders are packed and shipped on the first business day after the order is placed, which for most orders means within 24 hours.

We offer free shipping options for orders over:

Sweden: 500 SEK
EU: 60 EUR
Europe outside the EU: 70 EUR
Rest of the world: 75 EUR

Shipping Outside the European Union (EU):
Please note that you may need to pay import duties and taxes when receiving your package. For specific information regarding VAT and customs fees in your country, please contact your local customs authority.

Delivery Time:
We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 business days within Europe. For orders outside Europe, delivery times may vary. Orders placed during weekends or Swedish public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or holiday periods, deliveries may take slightly longer due to higher shipping volumes with carriers. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Unclaimed Packages:
If you change your mind, you must still collect your package from the pickup point and then make a return. If the package is not collected, it will automatically be registered as unclaimed, and we will charge a shipping and administration fee of:

Sweden: 200 SEK
Rest of the world: 30 EUR
