DOES THE SILICONE STRAW CONTAIN HARMFUL SUBSTANCES? Our straw is carefully tested to meet our high standards of durability, safety and function. And of course, the straw set is free from BPA, BPS, BPF and phthalates and other substances that can harm your child. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LENGTH TO CHOOSE ON THE STRAW? No need to choose, the straws can be cut to different lengths. DOES THE SILICONE STRAW NEED TO BE STERILIZED? Before using the straw for the first time, it needs to be sterilized. We recommend putting the straws in a large pot of boiling water, then cover with a lid and let boil for at least 5 minutes. DOES THE SILICONE STRAW WITHSTAND DISHWASHER? The straw is dishwasher safe and withstands high temperature sterilization. If washing by hand, wash the straw thoroughly in fresh water and washing-up liquid. Then rinse in fresh running water to remove all foam and detergent. The straw should be cleaned after each use. Make sure it dries thoroughly. If any moist remains it can cause mould and fungus. HOW DO I STORE THE STAW SET? Store the straw set in an enclosed place at room temperature. Do not leave the straws in direct sunlight for a long time as it can damage the product. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE THE SILICONE STRAW SET? Always check the straw set before use. If you see any cracks or other damage it should be replaced.

Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads that may damage the surface. Additionally, avoid exposing tableware to extreme temperatures to prevent warping.

Teethers: Our teethers are made from safe and durable materials, but regular cleaning is essential to keep them hygienic. Simply wash the teether with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly. You can also sterilize the teether by boiling it in water for a few minutes. Allow the teether to cool before giving it to your baby. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on the teether.
